Situace způsobená novým koronavirem vzedmula velkou vlnu solidarity. I díky ní teď můžete zlepšit své rozpoložení videi, knihami a poslechem (dočasně) zdarma.

Spousta podnikatelek a podnikatelů bojuje o přežití. I v krizi je ale potřeba na chvíli vypnout, přijít na jiné myšlenky nebo usnout. Inspirujte se, jak na to.

1. Poslechněte si konečně všechny skvělé podcasty

Doporučené podcasty jsou sice volně ke stažení neustále, jenže ne každý je za normálních okolností zřejmě zvládá poslouchat. Teď není kam jít, tak poslech přijde vhod. Do podcastů se vloni pustil server Podnikatel.cz. Na Spotify jsou k dispozici podcasty k tématům jako například: jak získat peníze pro svůj byznys, jak správně na firemní Instagram nebo k offline režimu EET.

Na vlně podnikání se jmenuje podcast Dana Tržila. Natočil už přes stovku dílů, a to k tématům a s lidmi ze všech koutů byznysu. Některé se teď mohou vyloženě hodit. Třeba podcast s lektorkou a koučkou Jankou Chudlíkovou o pozitivním myšlení nebo ten s Daliborem Pulkertem z firmy Outboxers o tom, jak hledat a ověřovat smysluplné nápady.

S podnikatelkami, umělkyněmi, digitálními nomádkami, terapeutkami a dalšími ženami si ve svém podcastu O kousek blíž povídá Kristýna Klímová. Jinak také jedna z organizátorek netradičního svatebního veletrhu Svatební cirkus.

Pro toho, komu v této těžké době leží na srdci především jeho zaměstnankyně a zaměstnanci, je tu podcast Lovec hlav, který natáčejí dva HR profíci José Kadlec a Matěj Matolín. Inspiraci tu nabízí třeba Petra Nulíčková, která vloni zvítězila jako recruiterka roku v tuzemské soutěži Recruitment Academy Awards. Petra pracuje pro e-shop Alza.cz. Předtím byla hostkou podcastu také Simona Kijonková ze Zásilkovny a recruiter Martin Mudra tu zase hovořil o náboru obchodníků na Facebooku. 2. Nepromeškejte audioknihu zdarma

Situace, která nastala, je bezesporu tvrdou zatěžkávací zkouškou byznysu. Mnohé podnikatelky a podnikatele asi dotlačí k tomu, aby své podnikání přehodnotili od základů. Aby po otřesu zvážili, jestli jejich podnikání stojí na tak pevných nohách, jaké jsou schopní vybudovat. Jestli není na čase s ještě větším úsilím tvořit finanční rezervu, přehodnotit svou podnikatelskou strategii a mnohé další oblasti, které jsou pro jejich podnikání podstatné. Než sledovat každých pět minut statistiky nakažených podle krajů, je možná lepší věnovat trochu času přípravě na změny. Na YouTube teď visí zdarma 3,5hodinová nahrávka z knihy Na volné noze od Roberta Vlacha, bible nezávislého podnikání. Komu se ještě nedostala do ruky, může toho využít.

3. Přečtěte si e-knihy nebo je stáhněte svým školákům

Městská knihovna v Praze zase zpřístupnila zdarma, a to i pro své nečtenáře, více než 1800 e-knih. Číst se dají online nebo stáhnout v různých formátech do počítače či čtečky. O podnikání tu sice nic moc k nalezení není, ale mají tu pro odreagování spoustu domácí i zahraniční beletrie, a to česky i anglicky, cestopisy, knihy o filozofii, politice, dějinách atd. A také knihy pro děti a několik komiksů. Najdou se tu i knihy vhodné do hodin literatury pro školačky a školáky, které se hodí pro rodiče, na něž ze dne na den spadlo domácí vzdělávání jejich dětí. Další online knihy do karantény je možné vyhledávat i přes portál Knihovny.cz.

4. Naučte se něco nového, po čem jste zatím jen toužili

Je to velký trend – ty nejprestižnější univerzity, Stanford, Yale, MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, Oxford a další, uvolňují mnoho kurzů zdarma a online. Na webu Openculture.com je k nalezení robustní rozcestník, přes který se lze dostat k 1500 takových kurzů. A jsou tu i takové, které se výborně hodí pro podnikání. Příkladem jsou byznys kurzy, komunikační kurzy, kurzy ekonomie a financí, zdraví nebo jazyků. Řada odkazů je nasměrovaná na portál Coursera.org zaměřený na online vzdělávání z prostředí univerzit i firem a jdoucí napříč snad všemi myslitelnými obory.

5. Hýbejte se, i když nemůžete ven

Zachovat si zdraví teď neznamená jenom nechytit virus, i když to samozřejmě primárně. Kdo nyní nově nebo jako obvykle pracuje u počítače z domova, měl by se věnovat také pohybovým aktivitám, aby z karantény nevylezl jako lazar. I proto, že, jak známo, pohybem se cvičí nejen tělo, ale i mysl a cvičení výrazně zlepšuje náladu. To všechno se teď jednoznačně hodí.

Je z čeho vybírat, tak jen dva příklady. Tanečník a choreograf Václav Kuneš nabízí na svém facebookovém profilu volně přístupné taneční lekce. Zvládne je úplně každý, i když neví, co je to „allongé“. Učitelka jógy Markéta Faustová zase dočasně uvolnila k využití jógová videa na portále Moje jóga, která jsou běžně přístupná jen registrovaným předplatitelům. Případně si připomeňte také článek 5 jógových pozic, které prospějí vám a zprostředkovaně i vašemu byznysu.

6. Nevařte pořád mozek, relaxujte, meditujte a…

Pozornosti toho, kdo se nemůže zbavit katastrofických myšlenek, ze samých starostí nemůže usnout, pociťuje zvýšený stres, napětí a úzkost, by neměla uniknout webová stránka lékaře Karla Nešpora. Jsou tu k dispozici zdarma relaxační náhrávky k přehrání nebo stažení a jednoduché návody na relaxaci. Při relaxaci nastává řada změn. Některé dokážeme snadno vnímat a ovlivnit je. K nim patří například svalové uvolnění, dech nebo myšlenky. Jiné změny jsou těžko ovlivnitelné, například činnost žláz s vnitřní sekrecí. I ty je ale možné ovlivnit nepřímo, například tím, že uvolníme svaly nebo budeme klidně dýchat do břicha, uvádí své relaxační a meditační návody a nahrávky Karel Nešpor.

7. … raději vařte skutečné jídlo

Pokud se pokusíme i v současné složité situaci najít nějaká pozitiva, pro někoho to může být šance, jak zlepšit svou životosprávu, jíst pravidelně a méně často spoléhat na fast food. Domácí vaření navíc může být dobrý způsob relaxace nebo cesta, jak na chvíli mícháním nebo zdobením zabavit děti. Jídlo je také základ pevného fyzického a duševního zdraví. Nejdříve se však můžete inspirovat v kuchyni TamarindTree:

Některá její videa jsou i praktické návody na vaření konkrétních jídel. Tipy na to, co vařit nebo jak nakoupit komplet na celý týden a zároveň jíst pestré jídlo, které nebude ve stylu ráno rohlík, v poledne těstoviny s něčím, večer zbytky od oběda, zas přináší na Instagramu i na svém blogu Kuchařka pro dceru autorka kuchařských knih a čtyřnásobná máma Jana Florentýna Zatloukalová.
