V srpnu letošního roku byl překonán rekord v počtu nových podnikatelů i obchodních společností. Zároveň se snížil počet končících podnikatelů.

Srpen tak hlásí nejlepší výsledky za posledních šest let. Vzniklo necelých 2500 obchodních společností a přes 5000 fyzických osob podnikatelů.

Byl překonán rekord za posledních šest let

Takto vysoký přírůstek podnikatelů zaznamenalo Česko naposledy v dubnu roku 2012. Vyplývá to z analýzy společnosti CRIF. Počet nově vzniklých obchodních společností navíc hlásí i meziměsíční úspěch. Oproti červenci se počet nově vzniklých společností zvýšil o 311 a počet firemních zániků se snížil o devět.

U počtu nových podnikatelů fyzických osob byl nárůst ještě větší. Oproti červenci se zvýšil o 825, zatímco počet zániků fyzických osob podnikatelů klesl o 240. V srpnu tak přibylo o 1065 podnikatelů více než v červenci. Důvodem jsou přetrvávající nízké počty končících podnikatelů. Zatímco počet nových podnikatelů byl zhruba o 400 vyšší než je v posledních 12 měsících obvyklé, počet končících podnikatelů byl oproti 12měsíčnímu průměru nižší o více než 1500 a byl vůbec nejnižší od začátku roku 2010, vysvětluje Věra Kameníčková, analytička společnosti CRIF – Czech Credit Bureau.

Nejvíce firem vzniklo tradičně v Praze

Nejvíce společností vzniklo tradičně v Praze, dále pak v Jihomoravském a Moravskoslezském kraji. V Praze také nejvíce společností zaniklo. Následoval Jihomoravský kraj a Středočeský kraj. V Praze také začalo podnikat nejvíce fyzických osob, konkrétně 951. Následoval Moravskoslezský kraj s 553 fyzickými osobami podnikateli a Středočeský kraj s 523 novými podnikateli.

Rozdíly v krajích jsou rovněž u míry, s jakou byli končící podnikatelé a společnosti nahrazováni novými subjekty. Každých 10 společností, které na Olomoucku ukončily svoji činnost, nahradilo 58 nových společností. Na Pardubicku potom vzniklo 45 nových společností na každých 10 zaniklých.

V Královéhradeckém kraji to bylo pouze 19 nových společností na 10 zaniklých a ve Středočeském kraji 15 nových firem na každých 10 zaniklých. Podobné rozdíly panovaly také u fyzických osob podnikatelů. V Praze každých 10 končících podnikatelů nahradilo 42 nových, na Vysočině potom 30, uzavřela Kameníčková.
