Našli jste svoji firmu nebo sebe jako fyzickou podnikající osobu na webu Podnikatel.cz a nemáte zájem o zobrazení? Napište nám na adresu: [email protected] a my zápis zrušíme. Pozor! Vyřizujeme pouze zápisy na webu na Podnikatel.cz. Za výsledky zobrazené ve vyhledávači Google ani Seznam nejsme zodpovědní. Proč se zobrazují mé údaje na Podnikatel.cz?

V rámci Rejstříku firem a OSVČ zobrazujeme údaje, které čerpáme z veřejných rejstříků ministerstva financí a ministerstva spravedlnosti. Zdůrazňujeme, že se jedná o veřejné nikoli soukromé údaje. Pokud například vaši soukromou adresu používáte jako adresu pro své podnikání, jedná se v tomto případě o veřejný údaj, protože adresa provozovny je údajem veřejným. Chápeme však, že nechcete být na našem webu zobrazováni, proto nás požádejte o výmaz, napište nám na: [email protected]

Proč mi nefunguje zakoupená šablona na mém počítači? 

Nejdříve si zkontrolujte, zda máte správný operační systém. Naše šablony fungují pouze na operačním systému Windows. Pokud máte Mac, tedy počítač od společnosti Apple, tak šablony fungovat nebudou. To platí i v případě, že máte jiný operační systém, např. Ubuntu. Další podmínkou je, abyste měli na počítači nainstalovaný program Excel z balíku MS Office. Pokud nemáte Excel, šablona také fungovat nebude. Pokud toto není váš případ, napište nám na naši podporu: [email protected]

Proč se mi nezobrazuje plné znění článku?

Vybrané odborné články na serveru Podnikatel.cz jsou přístupné pouze po uhrazení jednorázového poplatku. Po zaplacení vám na uvedený email doručíme speciální odkaz, skrze který získáte plný přístup k obsahu. Odkaz na již zaplacený článek si můžete nechat kdykoli připomenout opět prostřednictvím emailu.
